RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and organize all project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintain an efficient filing system for all digital and physical documents related to IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for document management and data privacy.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather, review, and track document submissions.
• Provide technical support for document management systems (DMS) and assist in system updates.
• Perform document audits to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project teams and stakeholders.
• Train staff on document control processes and tools.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Procore).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of document control standards and best practices in the construction industry is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in document control within IT or construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
