RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on civil projects, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, and project managers.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Supervise and manage on-site personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, and deadlines, reporting progress to project management.
• Resolve issues and conflicts promptly, keeping open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the project team to address design changes and unforeseen challenges.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
