RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site

• Ensure that all architectural designs and plans are executed according to specifications and quality standards

   

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulation

   

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any design or construction issues

   

• Allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines

   

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and progress reports

   

• Train and mentor junior construction workers and apprentices

   

• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project's budget and timeline

   

• Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly

   

• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including drawings and specifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field

   

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

   

• Strong understanding of architectural plans, blueprints, and construction drawings

   

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

   

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

   

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

   

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

   

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools

   

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

   

• Willingness to work flexible hours and visit construction sites as needed
