RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage scaffolding installation and dismantling on-site.

• Ensure scaffolding work adheres to safety standards and project specifications.

• Supervise scaffolding teams, providing guidance and support.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Coordinate with other departments and report on project progress and issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; scaffolding certification preferred.

• Proven experience as a scaffolding supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
