Youssef A.M. Al-Tamimi

Chairman

Mr. Yousef Al-Tamimi, Chairman of Abdulmohsen Al Tamimi Contracting Company, is one of the leading pioneers in the field of business and has a wealth of extensive experience in the field of Real Estate development.

He holds the position of CEO of Tapa Real Estate Company, membership in the Board of Directors of a number of companies affiliated with the Al-Tamimi Group and other institutions. He also holds membership in the Real Estate Committee of the Chamber of Commerce “Eastern Province”.

Mr. Yousef Al-Tamimi plays a major role in the charitable and humanitarian field of the Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi Group, by continuing the path started by the founder of the group. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Foundation for Community Service, which supports charitable institutions and associations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Eyad Al Ramlawi

Vice Chairman

Mr. Eyad Al-Ramlawi is Vice Chairman of Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Contracting company and Chief Finance & Investment Officer at TAM Development Company (a listed Saudi consulting company). He is a leader with an extensive experience in boards of directors, as he has worked as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Ready Mix Concrete Company, and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Holding Company.

Mr. Al Ramlawi has over 27 years of professional experience in multi sectoral businesses, including serving as Chief Investment Officer of Al Rashid Company, CFO of National Holding Company and multiple leadership roles at the regional investment company “Al Turki Holding”.  

Mr. Al Ramlawi has MBA “Cass Business School” in London, CPA “State of California” and BS. in Economics, Accounting and Finance.

Mohammed A.M. Al Tamimi

Chief Executive Officer & Board Member

Mr. Mohammed Al Tamimi, a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Contracting Company, the leading contracting and engineering company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1964 AD.

Mr. Mohammed has an extensive knowledge in the general contracting, one of the leaders who continuously contribute to the decision-making processes necessary for the continuous growth, expansion, and diversification of the Al Tamimi Group.

Mr. Mohammed started his educational career in civil engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and during his career he has held several executive positions in the Group, such as Projects Senior VP. He holds an extensive record of more than twenty years of experience, which he employs in leading growth companies in the field of general contracting, engineering and industry.

He also holds the position of CEO at the Arabian Supply Company for Contracting, member of contracting committee in the Chamber of Commerce - Eastern Province, as well as membership in the board of directors of a number of companies affiliated to the Al-Tamimi Group and other institutions, such as Guardian Industries Company Limited.

Ahmad Al Mutawa

Board Member

Mr. Ahmed Al-Mutawa is a member of the Board of Directors of Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi Contracting Company, a member of the Investment Committee and Chief Investment Officer in Asfar (PIF Saudi Tourism Investment Company). Mr. Al-Mutawa serves as a member of the boards of directors and committees of companies operating in the real estate development, construction and trade sectors. He is also a member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Residents and Al-Taknia Telecommunication.

Mr. Al Mutawa, has more than 17 years’ experience in the banking and investment sectors, worked with national and international companies between the private and government sectors in KSA. He was Investment Advisor at Al Rossais Group, Chief Executive Officer at Roya Real Estate (AlMousa Group) and Head of Corporate Finance at SARA Holding Co.

Mr. Al Mutawa has EMB from London Business School and BS. in Finance & Economics form KFUPM.

Saleh Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi

Board member

Saleh Al-Tamimi is a board member of Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Contracting Company, the Group’s Head of Strategy and Investment, and a member of the Investment Committee of Al-Tamimi Group. He is also a member in the managers council of Al-Maghrabi Metal Factory.

Mr. Saleh has rich experience in the field of business development in his record, and is considered one of the effective leaders in the transformation and strategic development phase implemented by the group. Before joining the group, Mr. Saleh worked at Dubai Investments Company and the Emirates Group in Dubai.

Mr. Saleh holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Dublin City University in Ireland and BSc degree in Finance major from King Faisal University.
