Mohammed A.M. Al Tamimi

Mr. Mohammed Al Tamimi, a member of the Board of Directors and CEO of Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Contracting Company, the leading contracting and engineering company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 1964 AD.

Mr. Mohammed has an extensive knowledge in the general contracting, one of the leaders who continuously contribute to the decision-making processes necessary for the continuous growth, expansion, and diversification of the Al Tamimi Group.

Mr. Mohammed started his educational career in civil engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and during his career he has held several executive positions in the Group, such as Projects Senior VP. He holds an extensive record of more than twenty years of experience, which he employs in leading growth companies in the field of general contracting, engineering and industry.

He also holds the position of CEO at the Arabian Supply Company for Contracting, member of contracting committee in the Chamber of Commerce - Eastern Province, as well as membership in the board of directors of a number of companies affiliated to the Al-Tamimi Group and other institutions, such as Guardian Industries Company Limited.

Joseph Gebeily

As the Chief of Operations Officer, Mr. Gebeily’s experience in engineering lies on top of a strong financial, organizational, and business management background, encompassing more than 30 years.

His responsibility is to design and implement policies that promote the company culture and vision, while overseeing operations to keep projects on track.

Before joining Al Tamimi Group, he was a General Manager at the Real Estate Development & Investment Co Ltd. He also worked for the Studies Department at the Ministry of Defense in Lebanon.

Mr. Gebeily represents the company on several boards and committees, including the Lebanese Order of Engineers & Architects and the Council of Saudi Engineers.

He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master's degree in Architecture & Urban Planning from USEK University in Lebanon. He participated in several training workshops all throughout his career.

Tamim Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi

Mr. Tamim Al-Tamimi, a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Tamimi Group and Head of the Group’s Procurement Department, carries in his record a rich and extended experience in the field of general contracting and procurement management within the group.

Mr. Tamim was able to lead the establishment of Musanada Company for Logistics Services (a subsidiary of Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi Group), and he currently heads its executive management, in addition to managing the group's investments in the logistics services sector.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of companies affiliated to Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Group, such as Rosso Al Sharq Trading Company, and he is also a member of the Group's Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Salem Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi

Mr. Salem Al-Tamimi is the Head of the Asset Management, Warehouse and Logistics Services Department of Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi Contracting Company.

Mr. Salem has 17 years of operational experience in project management and logistics support for a general contracting company within the group.

Mr. Salem also holds membership in the Group's Board of Directors and some of its executive committees.

Camil J. Abi Hachem

Mr. Camil is the Head of Business Development with 23 years of experience in Marketing Management, Sales & International business development, construction sector in project strategy, construction management, QA/QC, contract administration and budget management across.

Prior to joining the Group, he has worked at Contracting and Construction Enterprises, and Sama Al Manar Contracting, Greenline Interiors, Salem Moh’d Bakhashwain Sons Co. Ltd, and Baumann Dekor/Austrian Fine Fabrics. He has worked in Lebanon, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing from LAU in Lebanon and Diploma in Drawing, Painting and Engraving. He participated in several training workshops all over his career

Omar Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi

With more than 12 years of experience in the field of law and legal advice, through his career as a senior partner in various of law firms, such as Adel Al-Hamam Law Firm, Abdulaziz Al-Khalif Law Firm, and Bin Jaber Law Firm.

Having a bachelor's degree in Islamic law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, he is also associated with several community institutions, currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ruqi Charity Association. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sanabel Al-Khair Company, as well as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at Al Tamimi Group.

Saleh Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi

Saleh A. Al Tamimi is Head of Group Strategy and Investments. He carries in his record rich experience in the field of business development, and he is one of the leaders working mainly on the stage of transformation and strategic development that the group is implementing. Prior to joining the Group, he has worked at Dubai Investment Company, and Emirates Group in Dubai.

His responsibility includes both Strategy and Investments management across the Al Tamimi Group. Mr. Saleh represents the Group on a number of boards, investment committee, internal audit committee, and governance committee. Mr. Saleh is also a board member of Al Maghrabi Factory for Metal Products. He holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from Dublin City University in Ireland, and BSc degree in Finance major from King Faisal University.

Malek Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi

Mr. Malik Al-Tamimi occupies the position of Group Chief Financial Officer, and he is one of the leaders who are constantly working to advance the growth and sustainability of Al-Tamimi Group.

Mr. Malik started his educational career by studying business administration at King Faisal University. During his work, he handles all activities related to financial matters in the group and its companies, benefiting from his experience in the field of accounting and finance since 2007.

Malik occupies the position of Vice President of Sanabel Al-Khair Company, and holds a membership in the Board of Directors, as well as a number of its subsidiaries, and other institutions, such as the Al Maghrabi Factory  for Metal Products and Al-Baraka Charity Association.

Amit Kumar Kauntia

Mr. Kauntia has more than 19 years of cross-functional exposure in several industries and fields, including: capital markets, treasury, risk management; regulatory structuring. financial planning, Costing, budgeting & forecasting, MIS, accounting, team management, Audit in Drilling / Shipping / Manufacturing / Construction / Retail industries.

He represents Al Tamimi Group on a number of committees. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kauntia worked for Sharaf, AlOthman & Ghazzawi Group, and Ernst & Young. He has lived and worked in India, UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Having earned his MBA from the USA (Warren Stone University), Mr. Kauntia continued his professional development with a Data Analytics Certificate (UK), Masters in Accounts & Finance (Institute of Chartered Accountant of India), Diploma in Islamic Banking & Finance (India), IFRS, Six Sigma, and various other certifications.

Edwino Torres Paloma

He ensures that all company activities and operations are undertaken safely, with no harm to its employees, environment, or the general public.

His responsibilities include developing the company’s Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Policies and the Safety Management System (SMS). He oversees the overall performance and effectiveness of the company’s SMS and Safety Programs, developing continuous improvements to them.

Before joining Al Tamimi Group, he worked as a safety practitioner in drilling for the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. Mr. Paloma developed and implemented safety plans and procedures for project constructions without Lost Time Incidents (LTI) throughout their entire duration.

He is a Lead Auditor certified in ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). His accreditations also include Train-The-Trainer, National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health - International General Certificate (NEBOSH-IGC), and the International Board of Environmental Health and Safety (IBOEHS) of Tucson, Arizona – USA.

Mr. Paloma earned two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).

Anas Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi

Mr. Anas Abdulmohsen Al-Tamimi, Group Head of Business Shared Services, started his educational career at Imam Muhammad bin Saud University, and during his career he held a number of positions within the Group, he has practical experience of more than ten years in various fields including project management, human resources management before being appointed to manage the Group's joint support services.

Mr. Anas is an active member of the Young Businessmen Council in the Eastern Province, and an active member of Abdul Mohsen Al-Tamimi Foundation for Community Services.

Diaa Obeidat

Diaa Obeidat is Manager of projects. He has a wide range of experience (more than 15 years) in projects operation, management and planning in addition to his professional experience records in contract and commercial.

Mr. Obeidat is one of the key leaders working mainly on the stage of managing and controlling and monitoring that the projects is implementing.

Prior to joining the Group, he has worked in project director at ALWADAH Group, Azmil contracting Group and ARD contracting company as project manager. His responsibility includes but not limited to; both projects and operation plans Implementation across Al Tamimi Group.

Mr. Obeidat is a holder of Civil engineering degree with a Master degree in BMA and Projects Management, also he is a certified, PMP, RMP, FEDIC, TIME MANAGEMNT AND PRIMAVERA.

Jonathan Cheock Gamba

Jonathan Jock Gamba is the Head of Quality Assurance and Control at Tamimi Group, in turn overseeing strategies, objectives, improvements and processes; To ensure high-quality results commensurate with national standards and benefit the company and projects.

He has previously worked on various projects such as NEOM, Red Sea Development Co., and Saudi Aramco in KSA. Other prior companies include Al-Gihaz Co. (KSA), Al-Suwaidi Co. (KSA), and Kettaneh Construction (Qatar/Abu Dhabi) on projects such as GASCO (Abu Dhabi), QatarGas/RasGas (Qatar), and EEI Corporation projects (Philippines).

Mr. Gamba has also passed the ISO 9001:2015 QMS Awareness and Internal Auditor Course, and is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), among other credentials. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Mapua Institute of Technology, Intramuros – Philippines).

Jaffar A. Al-Mashad

As the Customer Contracts Manager, Jaffar A. Al-Mashad holds rich experience in the fields of Operations & Maintenance, as well as Contracting. His latest credential is a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Mr. Al-Mashad’s responsibilities involve both overseeing all aspects of the company's contract advising management and ensuring the optimal implementation of contracts.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi Group, he worked at Al Tamimi Global, Al Husaini, Al Hugail, and Al Moallam. He currently represents the group on a number of boards, including the Business Development Committee, Performance Appraisal Committee, and Qualification Committee.
