Appointment of two new members of Abdul Mohsen Al Tamimi Holding Company Board of Directors

AbdulMohsen Al Tamimi Holding Company announces the appointment of two new members to the Board of Directors:

1- Talal Al-Zein - Independent Board Member. and member of the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors

2- Akram Okeili - Governance Consultant Expert, and member of the Nominations, Remuneration and Governance Committee.
