RESPONSIBILITIES

• Should have experience in in equipment erection and installation of piping, designing a piping modification
• Should have experience On-Line Hydrocarbon and Steam Leak Repair with the service temperatures : Hot temperature up to +600 Degree Celsius & Cold temperature up to -90 Degree Celsius.
• Must be familiar with the necessary to perform leak sealing in accordance with the ASME Codes for Power Boilers (S), Unfired Pressure Vessels (U), Repair of Coded Work (R), Pressure Piping (PP) and or equivalent British Standards or relevant Codes according to service.
• Must be familiar with the process of On-Line Hydrocarbon and Steam Leak Repair.
• He should be aware with the Saudi Aramco standards, procedures and requirement for the Leak Sealing, consultations regarding sealing requirements, design of clamp boxes or rings and seal control procedures.
• Should have knowledge to perform the Leak Sealing using the Clamp and Inject method, Drill and Inject and Nonmetallic repair Methods.
• Should have knowledge to Injecting sealing compounds / chemicals to seal-off the leak.
• Should have knowledge to design, fabricate the proper box clamps and flange ring clamps for the Leak Sealing.
• Should have knowledge to Drilling of valve gland, installation of injection nozzles and injecting for the Leak Sealing or repair.
• Should have knowledge to install the metal band for cover the space between flanges and injecting sealing. 
• Should have knowledge to prepare the procedure of On-Line Hydrocarbon and Steam Leak Repair activities as per the SOW and checklist.
• Should have knowledge about the mixing process of Reinforced Epoxy Paste (REP) & composite repair compound (CRC) by adding hardener & stirrer for the Non-metallic repair.
• Should have knowledge about the application of laminated fiber cloth manually wrapping process for the Nonmetallic repair. 
• Should have knowledge to take the Hardness reading by using elcometer shore D hardness gauge and prepare the report accordingly for the Saudi Aramco team review and approval.
• Should have known the required tools, equipment’s and material’s for the On-Line Hydrocarbon and Steam Leak Repair.
• Should have good communication skills and must be speak & read English language.
• Should have Saudi driving license and able to travel remote areas as per client (Saudi Aramco) requirement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 7 years’ experience with Saudi Aramco Plants (especially in the Natural Gas Liquid Fractionation, Oil & Gas Refinery plants)
• Good communication skills in English language - written and verbal
• He must have three (3) years of Mechanical piping design
