RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee all surveying activities for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
 
- Manage and coordinate surveying teams, providing technical guidance and support.
 
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
 
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate survey data into project plans.
 
- Review and analyze survey reports, maps, and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
 
- Ensure adherence to surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
 
- Resolve survey-related challenges and discrepancies in a timely manner.
 
- Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software to optimize surveying processes.
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
 
- Proven experience as a Chief Surveyor in construction projects.
 
- Expertise in using surveying instruments and software.
 
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
 
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
 
- Familiarity with relevant surveying laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
 
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
 
- Continuous learning and adaptation to emerging surveying technologies.
