RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all surveying activities for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate surveying teams, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate survey data into project plans.
• Review and analyze survey reports, maps, and drawings for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure adherence to surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Resolve survey-related challenges and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Utilize advanced surveying technologies and software to optimize surveying processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief Surveyor in construction projects.
• Expertise in using surveying instruments and software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant surveying laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Continuous learning and adaptation to emerging surveying technologies.
• Professional surveyor licensure is a plus.
