RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply coatings to various surfaces according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and ensuring proper adhesion.
• Select and mix coating materials, ensuring consistency and compliance with project requirements.
• Operate and maintain coating application equipment, including sprayers and rollers.
• Inspect coated surfaces for defects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to understand coating requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
• Document coating application processes, including material usage and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Coating Applicator or similar role.
• Knowledge of coating materials, surface preparation, and application techniques.
• Ability to interpret project specifications and coating requirements.
• Familiarity with various coating types, including paints, sealants, and protective coatings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adherence to safety protocols and awareness of potential hazards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness for prolonged periods of standing and manual labor.
• Certification in coating application or related field is advantageous.
