RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all governmental laws, regulations, and policies related to the construction industry.
• Coordinate the submission of documents and applications for permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Liaise with internal teams to provide guidance on government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on changes in laws, regulations, and policies affecting company operations.
• Handle all governmental communications and respond to official inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in organizing and representing the company at government events, forums, and meetings.
• Provide guidance on matters related to visas, labor laws, and other governmental matters for employees.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in government relations, preferably within the construction or engineering sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration policies, and government procedures.
• Strong networking skills with a proven ability to build relationships with government entities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
