RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and manage the implementation and maintenance of the company’s ERP systems.
• Provide day-to-day support to users and troubleshoot ERP-related issues across departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data input and reporting within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Operations) to optimize ERP functionalities for business processes.
• Assist in the development of customized reports, dashboards, and workflows within the ERP system.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for ERP users.
• Work closely with the IT team and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor ERP system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Prior experience in ERP coordination or implementation is a plus, but freshers with strong IT backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
