RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the procurement of architectural materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
• Develop, issue, and manage tenders, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of architectural materials and services in line with project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure procurement activities align with project specifications and design requirements.
• Manage vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost estimates, and budget tracking for architectural elements.
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the procurement process.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in architectural or construction projects.
• Freshers with strong field experience or internships in architectural projects are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, architectural materials, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Procore) is a plus.
• Knowledge of architectural design, building codes, and industry standards is essential.
