RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the procurement of HVAC materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.
• Develop, issue, and manage tenders, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate contracts for HVAC components.
• Coordinate with project managers, HVAC engineers, and design teams to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and timely delivery.
• Prepare procurement reports, manage budgets, and track costs related to HVAC systems and materials.
• Identify cost-effective procurement solutions while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations during the procurement process.
• Stay informed about the latest HVAC technologies and innovations to optimize procurement efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in HVAC or construction projects.
• Freshers with strong field experience or internships in HVAC projects are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Procore) is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, industry standards, and safety regulations is essential.
