RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the implementation and configuration of ERP systems for the finance department, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Analyze financial processes and requirements to tailor ERP solutions to meet the company’s needs.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices, including module setups, data migration, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to ensure smooth ERP system deployment and user adoption.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting ERP functionalities to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Provide ongoing support and training to finance teams on ERP system usage.
• Continuously monitor system performance, propose enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep up-to-date with ERP updates, new features, and financial software trends.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with ERP software implementation, specifically within the finance module (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant certifications in ERP software (e.g., SAP FI, Oracle Financials) are a plus.
• Previous experience as an ERP consultant or in a finance-related ERP role is preferred.
