RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks, allocate resources, and meet project milestones.
• Provide hands-on guidance to construction crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and report on progress, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers and inspectors to maintain quality standards.
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Communicate regularly with the project team to update on-site developments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage construction crews.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
