RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basis project requirement, identify the Asst. Manager - Engineer from concerned expertise (Structural/ Electrical/ Architectural/ Telecommunication/ Mechanical/ Roads) to support in internal pre-bid meeting with Bidding & Estimation department.
- Review the project drawings made by the concerned Engineer for newly awarded project basis client documents.
- Arrange a field survey/ site visit of the project location for the concerned Engineer to help them in preparation of detailed engineering packages (site and structural plans, equipment list, etc.).
- Oversee working with the Engineering Consulting firm to review and finalize the drawings, as per the terms of the awarded project.
- Ensure all project documents are stored in a protected central repository with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
- Answer any technical questions or clarifications the client may have during pre-bid meetings or otherwise in course of vendor selection.
- Support Contracting business by providing any technical expertise or solutions if required.
- Get inputs from concerned stakeholders and prepare actionable items for the Engineering team.
- Supervise and review performance of individuals in the team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Master’s Degree will be preferred.
- Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the division’s strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
