RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.

• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.

• Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.

• Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.

• Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects.

• Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to address design changes and modifications during the construction process.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and interns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Professional architect license or certification.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.

• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and visit construction sites as needed.
