RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with regulations.

Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to architectural plans.

Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings and models.

Prepare and present design proposals, including cost estimates and timelines.

Research and select materials, finishes, and furnishings for projects.

Review and approve contractor submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with stakeholders to address design changes and modifications during the construction process.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and interns.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Professional architect license or certification.

Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other design tools.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
