RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors on site.

• Ensure that all architectural designs and plans are executed according to specifications and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and architects to resolve any design or construction issues.

• Allocate resources, materials, and manpower efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and progress reports.

• Train and mentor junior construction workers and apprentices.

• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to the project's budget and timeline.

• Address and resolve any on-site conflicts or issues promptly.

• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including drawings and specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of architectural plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and visit construction sites as needed.
