RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure BIM standards and protocols are followed.

• Manage clash detection and resolve design conflicts.

• Train and support team members on BIM tools and processes.

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models and documentation.

   

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
