RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of asphalt paving crews.

• Ensure the quality and efficiency of asphalt laying and compaction.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Communicate with project managers and engineers about project progress and issues.

• Manage resources, materials, and equipment on site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or certification in Construction Management or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of asphalt materials and paving techniques.

• Effective communication skills.
