RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities on-site.

• Ensure scaffolding is erected and dismantled according to safety standards and project requirements.

• Conduct inspections to ensure scaffolding integrity and compliance with safety regulations.

• Manage and allocate resources, including materials and personnel.

• Train and mentor scaffolding crew members on safety and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; scaffolding certification preferred.

• Proven experience as a scaffolding foreman or similar supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety standards, and regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights.
