RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Advise Group CISO in development of short-term and long-term strategy and share detailed inputs for strategic planning of the Group and existing subsidiaries.
  • Build on relevant experience to identify innovative ways to improve the Group’s services portfolio.
  • Make use of management tools and techniques to analyse new organization initiatives and provide strategic inputs to the senior management.
  • Develop and monitor key performance metrices, suggest corrective actions wherever necessary, review and analyse reports, and comment on subsidiaries performance for management reporting.
  • Review internal systems and process for workflow optimization.
  • Ensure organizational initiatives are aligned to improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Provide consultation and support to internal stakeholders related to transformation and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Champion and promote a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and innovation.
  • Share expertise around best practices with the stakeholders of Al Tamimi group and study the feasibility of implementing such initiatives within the organization.
  • Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the department’s strategy, annual goals, and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team members

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s Degree in relevant field.
