RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Group CISO to develop, implement and monitor brand guidelines for the Al Tamimi group and subsidiaries
- Conduct and manage regular external surveys to get insights on opinions, attitudes, and perception of key stakeholders about the company.
- Develop a calendar for external speaking engagements for key personnel, and assist in the preparation of speeches for senior executives.
- Work with management, subsidiaries, and team to prepare go-to-market materials like brochures, communication, and presentation templates, etc.
- Ensure maintenance, branding and content of the company website is up to date and in accordance with best practices and branding guidelines.
- Develop & implement corporate communications strategy (public relations, advertising, branding, internal communication, etc.) for the company overall business strategy.
- Develop and implement Public Relations (PR) activities as per approved strategies by representing the company in exhibitions, conferences, public forums, press conferences and writing press releases, etc.
- Create a corporate identity by creating the design, communication strategy, and through maintenance of communication literature.
- Develop diverse communication channels, e.g., social media, print, digital screens, email as the appropriate means for communicating with employees depending on the nature and context of different communications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for engagement and influence by being current with developments that relate to all key stakeholders and partners of the
- Give direction and leadership towards the achievement of the department’s strategy, annual goals, and objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
